• INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) - National Business Registry
• INSEE - SIRENE Directory
• BODACC - Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements

3. Access to the Service

Access to the Service is free and does not require account creation for viewing public data.

4. Personal Data

4.1 Nature of Data

Data presented on BizRadar is public information from official registries, including:

• Company name and legal form
• SIREN/SIRET number
• Registered office address
• Main activity (NAF code)
• Director information (public data)
• BODACC publications

4.2 Right of Access and Rectification

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any person may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion by contacting us at the address indicated in the Contact section.

5. Intellectual Property

The structure, design, and source code of BizRadar are protected by intellectual property law. The data presented remains the property of the issuing organizations (INPI, INSEE, BODACC).
